Grapefruit Prawn and chilli Noodles

Enjoy this quick and elegant supper dish, with its surprising hint of chilli and fruit, for any occasion.

Method:

  1. Heat a little sunflower oil in a wok or large frying pan and quickly fry the chilli and garlic for one minute.
  2. Add the cabbage and Pak Choi and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes or until just softening.
  3. Meanwhile put the noodles into boiling water for 2-3 minutes, then drain well and stir in the sesame oil. Keep warm.
  4. Add the grapefruit segments, prawns, fish and soy sauces to the cabbage an stir-fry for another 2 minutes. Stir in the fresh coriander and serve immediately with the noodles.
